Job Summary

Develop, coordinate, continuously improve, and manage site safety and industrial hygiene programs, including areas like electrical safety, working at heights, powered industrial trucks, laser safety, and chemical approval. Lead risk assessments for new equipment and facilities, support incident response with investigations and root-cause analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance across safety and industrial hygiene. Analyze EHS data to identify trends, implement program effectiveness measures, and partner with cross-functional Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Engineering teams.

•Develop, coordinate, and continuously improve site safety and industrial hygiene programs (e.g., electrical safety, working at heights, powered industrial trucks, laser safety, chemical approval).
•Conduct detailed risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facilities.
•Support event/injury response, investigations, and root cause analysis.
•Manage regulatory compliance across safety and industrial hygiene programs and incorporate regulatory changes.
•Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze EHS data for trends, and define continuous improvement focus areas while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 59,200 - 111,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Third level qualification (NFQ level 8) in Health and Safety/Industrial Hygiene, or a NFQ level 8 Engineering/Science qualification with a L9 in Health and Safety/Industrial Hygiene.
•8–10 years of relevant work experience (ideally semiconductor experience).
•Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders on EHS topics.
•Detailed knowledge of local EHS legislation and practice.
•Proficiency in data management/Excel and the ability to analyze and present EHS data.
