Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Korea Marketing Production team, managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources; report to the Marketing Director, Korea.
  • •Develop and optimize workflows for project management and creative development across media to improve production efficiency.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Publicity, Product Merchandising) to ensure creative and operational excellence and act as the primary operational point of contact.
  • •Lead brand alignment across assets by ensuring compliance with brand guidelines for internal and external partners.
  • •Manage and continuously improve internal processes; lead agency/vendor relationships by defining scope of work, budgets, and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience leading creative production or marketing-led project management teams, preferably in entertainment or lifestyle brands, creative agencies, or production agencies.
  • •Strong passion for leading teams and solving operational challenges effectively.
  • •Proven experience managing high-volume campaigns simultaneously while scaling efficiency across diverse teams.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • •Ability to build and maintain strong agency and brand partnerships through continuous feedback.
