Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect end-to-end monitoring solutions for high-availability payment networks across backbone, edge, cloud, and data center environments.
  • •Design and implement real-time observability pipelines using observability tools and custom telemetry frameworks.
  • •Define network SLAs, KPIs, and SLOs tied to payment transaction performance and regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and incident forensics using correlated logs, flows, and metrics.
  • •Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure monitoring aligns with PCI-DSS and other regulatory standards, including automation and anomaly detection.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in network architecture for low-latency, deterministic routing, high availability, and compliance in payment networks.
  • •Expertise with SNMP, NetFlow/IPFIX, sFlow, streaming telemetry, and packet-level analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, DataDog, Wireshark, and custom solutions.
  • •Strong scripting and automation skills, including Python, Bash, REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
  • •Familiarity with cloud-native networking and monitoring across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
