Job Summary

Insurance Planning junior analyst in Allianz Italy’s LH Planning & Capital Management team. Supports the Strategic Planning cycle for LH, performance monitoring, and regular forecasting, while collaborating with Actuarial, Accounting & Reporting, Risk and LH technical area teams on cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the design and coordination of the Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A. Group
•Support the monitoring activities and run quantitative analysis to support the CFO and the Business Functions’ strategic decisions
•Support the regular forecast activities in coordination with all involved Local and Group departments
•Contribute to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and ad hoc, cross functional projects
•Collaborate with Actuarial, Accounting & Reporting, Risk colleagues and with the LH technical area team

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Economics, Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent
•Experience (e.g. 1 year) in Insurance companies, preferably within Planning & Controlling and/or Actuarial Department
•Excel, Access, Power Point, SAP, and Power BI knowledge; ChatGPT or AI equivalent tool
•Programming skills will be considered as a plus
•Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and learning agility, with strong results orientation and problem-solving capabilities
