Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the mechanical design and delivery of medium to large-scale building services projects
  • •Take ownership of project outcomes from concept through to construction
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the team
  • •Manage project scope, programme and budget, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
  • •Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, architects and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years’ experience in mechanical building services engineering
  • •Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects within a consultancy environment
  • •Strong technical capability across HVAC and mechanical systems
  • •Deep understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and authority requirements
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage projects, clients and multidisciplinary coordination
