Key Responsibilities

•Lead the mechanical design and delivery of medium to large-scale building services projects
•Take ownership of project outcomes from concept through to construction
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the team
•Manage project scope, programme and budget, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
•Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, architects and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years’ experience in mechanical building services engineering
•Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects within a consultancy environment
•Strong technical capability across HVAC and mechanical systems
•Deep understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and authority requirements
•Demonstrated ability to manage projects, clients and multidisciplinary coordination
