Key Responsibilities

  • •QC outgoing creative assets for grammar, spelling, and technical specs (size, format, weight, duration)
  • •Run day-to-day pod operations, tracking daily revisions and maintaining turnaround standards through absences or volume spikes
  • •Handle daily routing and pod support, resolving missing working files, unclear B-roll direction, folder access issues, and pod questions
  • •Serve as first point of contact for pod-level blockers and route unresolved items to the right owner quickly
  • •Maintain organized, accessible file structures and provide operational coverage for additional pods as the team scales

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a project management, traffic, or production coordination role in a creative or video production environment
  • •Sharp attention to detail, including reliably catching grammar, spelling, and copy errors

  • •Ability to manage multiple pods/workstreams simultaneously without dropping details
  • •Experience tracking revision cycles and maintaining turnaround standards through absences or volume spikes
