Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, organize, and maintain ICAM Program Management Office materials, artifacts, and program documentation (agendas, notes, action items, trackers, logs).
  • •Ensure consistent documentation standards and support program leadership with awareness of goals, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • •Coordinate meeting artifacts, track action items, and help develop briefing and planning materials.
  • •Review, finalize, and deliver Monthly Status Report (MSR) and Quarterly Program Review (QPR) inputs; ensure deliverables and artifacts are completed and tracked in the correct locations.
  • •Support onboarding/offboarding activities and track CDRLs and compliance items, including required government training; identify and resolve workflow/documentation blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; additional 4 years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
  • •Minimum active Secret security clearance.
  • •5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Project Management, or Program Analysis.
  • •Experience supporting programs in complex DoD/technical environments.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills, including consolidating technical content into clear documentation.
