Key Responsibilities

  • •Implementar y mantener el Plan de Aseguramiento y Control de Calidad (QA/QC) del proyecto en terreno.
  • •Supervisar el grado de cumplimiento y completitud de inspecciones, ensayos y liberación de equipos, materiales y trabajos en terreno ejecutados por contratistas.
  • •Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares ISO y requisitos contractuales.
  • •Gestionar no conformidades, acciones correctivas y preventivas, asegurando su cierre efectivo.
  • •Liderar la integración de calidad con contratistas y subcontratistas, asegurando alineamiento en procesos y estándares.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or related quality field
  • •At least 15 years of QA/QC experience in mining/industrial projects
  • •Proven 5+ years as Quality Manager on large-scale projects
  • •Experience with major mining clients (e.g., Codelco, BHP)
  • •ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
