Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a fraud subject-matter expert during conversations with prospective customers.
  • •Lead discovery to understand customers’ fraud strategies, workflows, pain points, and priorities.
  • •Advise prospects on incorporating SentiLink products into operational and technology environments.
  • •Translate customer needs into recommendations for product configuration, workflow design, implementation, and change management.
  • •Support sales engagements (briefings, workshops, demos) and represent SentiLink at industry events while tracking emerging fraud patterns and regulatory developments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crime, identity, trust and safety, or a related field.
  • •Significant senior fraud leadership or practitioner experience in a bank, lender, payments company, fintech, or other regulated financial-services organization.
  • •Deep understanding of fraud operations, risk decisioning, identity, investigations, or financial-crime processes.
  • •Experience designing, managing, or improving fraud workflows and operating models.
  • •Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with senior executives, translating complex fraud and technical concepts for multiple audiences.
