Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance to meet targets for pricing, orders, revenue, variable contribution margin, fixed costs, free cash flow, and conversion.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to support Pulse, SRO, AOP, and related forecasting processes with accurate, timely projections.
  • •Lead and participate in monthly sessions to review risks and opportunities, financial performance, variances, and action plans.
  • •Provide new, valuable insights through comprehensive financial analysis to support decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • •Standardize and automate financial processes and ensure recurring deliverables (accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reports) are completed accurately and on time.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
  • •Partner with the business to drive commercial excellence and deliver above-and-beyond support to business needs.
  • •Exposure to global customers and ability to interact effectively across employee/customer levels while aligning with other departments/sites.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, Hyperion) and tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
