Key Responsibilities

  • •Set vision and strategy for the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) suite across product lifecycles, collaborating with R&D and field teams.
  • •Own the agile roadmap and product strategy, including positioning, pricing, differentiation, and competition strategy, with clear value and proof points.
  • •Lead customer engagement to maximize value creation and product experience, including running customer advisories/innovation clubs and co-innovating with customers.
  • •Provide transformational leadership for a growing solutions-based commercial and sales organization to beat competitors with differentiated innovations.
  • •Provide people leadership by hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent and ensuring a best-in-class organization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive, product-centric technology leadership taking enterprise products from early-stage development through commercial market launch.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (MBA preferred); deep grounding in plant operations within industrial and manufacturing environments.
  • •Strategic understanding of AI-enabled and cloud-based platforms, with proven ability to apply modern cloud architectures to long-term product and portfolio strategy.
  • •Recognized expertise in process-industry customer needs, including process engineering and operational excellence.
  • •Extensive experience leading product management organizations, building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing multi-layer teams using modern product management methodologies.
