Key Responsibilities

•Set vision and strategy for the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) suite across product lifecycles, collaborating with R&D and field teams.
•Own the agile roadmap and product strategy, including positioning, pricing, differentiation, and competition strategy, with clear value and proof points.
•Lead customer engagement to maximize value creation and product experience, including running customer advisories/innovation clubs and co-innovating with customers.
•Provide transformational leadership for a growing solutions-based commercial and sales organization to beat competitors with differentiated innovations.
•Provide people leadership by hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent and ensuring a best-in-class organization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive, product-centric technology leadership taking enterprise products from early-stage development through commercial market launch.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (MBA preferred); deep grounding in plant operations within industrial and manufacturing environments.
•Strategic understanding of AI-enabled and cloud-based platforms, with proven ability to apply modern cloud architectures to long-term product and portfolio strategy.
•Recognized expertise in process-industry customer needs, including process engineering and operational excellence.
•Extensive experience leading product management organizations, building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing multi-layer teams using modern product management methodologies.
