Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful delivery of the GPU hardware solution portfolio for SARC/ACL, owning project plans for hardware IP development programs.
  • •Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record.
  • •Identify and resolve program issues and conflicts across engineering groups through communication and influence.
  • •Assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence, delivering executive-level progress presentations across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, or 4+ years with a Master’s, or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • •5+ years of experience in a technical program/project management role.
  • •Hands-on technical expertise in GPU, CPU, or DSP hardware platforms, with strong GPU/Graphics HW understanding.
  • •Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, and the IP development process.
  • •Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile, plus source control experience (Git, Perforce) and defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla).
