Job Summary

Lead cross-functional planning and delivery for GPU hardware IP development programs across post-silicon and mobile commercialization. Own project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and documentation/reporting in JIRA and Confluence, while assessing risks, resolving cross-team conflicts, and communicating status to stakeholders. Troubleshoot schedule/resource issues and drive adoption of PM best practices to improve program metrics for Samsung’s mobile GPU roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive successful delivery of the GPU hardware solution portfolio for SARC/ACL, owning project plans for hardware IP development programs.
•Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record.
•Identify and resolve program issues and conflicts across engineering groups through communication and influence.
•Assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to internal and external stakeholders.
•Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence, delivering executive-level progress presentations across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, or 4+ years with a Master’s, or 2+ years with a PhD.
•5+ years of experience in a technical program/project management role.
•Hands-on technical expertise in GPU, CPU, or DSP hardware platforms, with strong GPU/Graphics HW understanding.
•Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, and the IP development process.
•Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile, plus source control experience (Git, Perforce) and defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla).
