Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee periodic review and formalization of administrative and payroll processes within the HR domain, coordinating with HR directions and CSP GA/Paie for harmonization and optimization
  • •Support Process Owners in identifying digital needs and translating them into functional specifications
  • •Lead functional UAT: test strategies, test plans and execution, and validation of deliverables
  • •Manage change management to ensure user adoption of new payroll solutions
  • •Provide project governance and track performance indicators to support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a functional payroll project manager (Chef(fe) de projet fonctionnel Paie)
  • •experience delivering end-to-end payroll solutions (GA/Paie)
  • •ability to draft functional specifications and conduct UAT
  • •strong project management skills (planning, workload, workshops, deliverables)
  • •experience with payroll HR systems (ADP, HRA, Cegedim, SAP SF EC Payroll or equivalent) and change management
