Key Responsibilities

•Oversee periodic review and formalization of administrative and payroll processes within the HR domain, coordinating with HR directions and CSP GA/Paie for harmonization and optimization
•Support Process Owners in identifying digital needs and translating them into functional specifications
•Lead functional UAT: test strategies, test plans and execution, and validation of deliverables
•Manage change management to ensure user adoption of new payroll solutions
•Provide project governance and track performance indicators to support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a functional payroll project manager (Chef(fe) de projet fonctionnel Paie)
•experience delivering end-to-end payroll solutions (GA/Paie)
•ability to draft functional specifications and conduct UAT
•strong project management skills (planning, workload, workshops, deliverables)
•experience with payroll HR systems (ADP, HRA, Cegedim, SAP SF EC Payroll or equivalent) and change management
