Key Responsibilities

  • •Own BAU IT operations end-to-end, ensuring excellent employee IT support and secure experiences across onboarding, movement, and offboarding.
  • •Lead planning and delivery of enterprise systems/platform changes for IPO readiness, including identity upgrades, automation, integrations, and audit controls.
  • •Lead and manage the in-house IT function across BAU and projects, owning the IT budget, roadmap, and staffing model.
  • •Set and operationalize an AI-native standard for IT work, using AI/automation to eliminate manual processes and improve incident resolution and capacity risk.
  • •Raise operating standards through documentation, change management, and incident processes that scale under IPO-level scrutiny.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in IT operations or IT leadership, including 3+ years as the most senior IT person or leading multiple IT teams/functions at once.
  • •Proven ownership of IT strategy and service delivery in a scaling organisation with fully in-house teams, including managing to SLAs and internal standards.
  • •Track record selecting, procuring, and managing software/tooling vendor relationships (contracts, budget, renewals) even without an MSP.
  • •Experience leading systems or platform implementations end-to-end (scoping through rollout and adoption) while running BAU in parallel.
  • •Strong automation and scripting mindset (Python/Bash) and/or automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
