Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist supervisor with assigning and directing work of employees.
  • •Coordinate and communicate vehicle flow schedules/assignments, including keeping logs of stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Serve as lane leader on sale days and coordinate move requirements with lot manager and quadrant coordinator.
  • •Transport and shuttle employees and auction personnel between auction, parking lots, dealerships, and remote sites according to schedule.
  • •Lead the location team by setting an example, enforcing policies, supporting safety activities, and monitoring work volumes and staffing to meet KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump starting).
  • •Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift 1–15 pounds.
