Job Summary

Maintain and repair quarry plant processing equipment during 2nd and 3rd shifts to support production and customer demand. Perform routine maintenance, workplace inspections, and housekeeping, and maintain key components like conveyor belts and oil levels. Complete cutting and welding repairs, secure guards and grease lines, and handle cleanup after tasks. Work safely with PPE and be willing to support overtime and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine maintenance in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to maximize plant productivity.
•Perform workplace inspection and housekeeping as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
•Check and maintain quarry equipment components including conveyor belts, scrapers, guards, and bearings.
•Monitor and maintain oil levels in gearboxes, crushers, and screen; ensure guards and grease lines are secured after tasks.
•Perform cutting and welding repairs and fit replacement steel and parts, including cleanup and operating heavy equipment if needed.

Key Requirements
