Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Assess customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Represent Vivint in customers’ homes and provide a consultative, customer-first experience.
  • •Use ongoing coaching and training to grow within the national organization.
