Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Supply & Capacity Planning.
•Scope, structure, and drive upcoming Program HERO releases, ensuring alignment between business priorities and engineering delivery.
•Structure and manage the product backlog across multiple releases and teams, setting scope, milestones, and success criteria.
•Coordinate technology-focused product management by working closely with engineering, architecture, and program stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
•Support transformation and value realization by evolving planning capabilities within Integrated Planning, driving measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management within digital/technology environments.
•Proven track record scoping and delivering multiple product releases in complex environments.
•Experience working in engineering-led product organizations, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery.
•Strong understanding of system ecosystems, integrations, and data-driven products, partnering with engineering, architecture, and data teams.
•Exposure to supply chain planning (especially supply & capacity planning) and experience with retail, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
