Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Supply & Capacity Planning.
  • •Scope, structure, and drive upcoming Program HERO releases, ensuring alignment between business priorities and engineering delivery.
  • •Structure and manage the product backlog across multiple releases and teams, setting scope, milestones, and success criteria.
  • •Coordinate technology-focused product management by working closely with engineering, architecture, and program stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • •Support transformation and value realization by evolving planning capabilities within Integrated Planning, driving measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management within digital/technology environments.
  • •Proven track record scoping and delivering multiple product releases in complex environments.
  • •Experience working in engineering-led product organizations, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of system ecosystems, integrations, and data-driven products, partnering with engineering, architecture, and data teams.
  • •Exposure to supply chain planning (especially supply & capacity planning) and experience with retail, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
