Job Summary

Support the Consolidato team in preparing the group consolidated financial statements by coordinating monthly and quarterly closings. Manage fiscal “magazzini” for legal entities, consolidate reporting packages for Italian and foreign subsidiaries, and reconcile intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments. Partner with general accounting, controlling, and group treasury, assist with balance sheet notes and group financial reporting, and work with auditors/external consultants to ensure tax and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate monthly closings to prepare P&L and Balance Sheet (PnL and BS) for entities in the consolidation scope, improving procedures.
•Manage fiscal “magazzini” for legal entities.
•Consolidate reporting packages for Italian and foreign controlled companies.
•Handle and reconcile intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and related analyses for the consolidated financial statements.
•Collaborate with general accounting, controlling, and group treasury; support balance sheet notes and group financial report drafting, and liaise with auditors/external consultants for compliance.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies, listed companies, international groups, or audit firms (Big4), preferably in the Industrial sector.
•Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
•Good knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and international accounting standards (IFRS).
•Technical knowledge of consolidation phases and overall corporate life-cycle.
•Familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP and consolidation software such as Talentia (plus).
