Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate monthly closings to prepare P&L and Balance Sheet (PnL and BS) for entities in the consolidation scope, improving procedures.
  • •Manage fiscal “magazzini” for legal entities.
  • •Consolidate reporting packages for Italian and foreign controlled companies.
  • •Handle and reconcile intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and related analyses for the consolidated financial statements.
  • •Collaborate with general accounting, controlling, and group treasury; support balance sheet notes and group financial report drafting, and liaise with auditors/external consultants for compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies, listed companies, international groups, or audit firms (Big4), preferably in the Industrial sector.
  • •Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Good knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • •Technical knowledge of consolidation phases and overall corporate life-cycle.
  • •Familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP and consolidation software such as Talentia (plus).
