Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical strategy for Energy sector accounts within the Benelux region, assessing architecture and providing strategic guidance across data & AI practitioners, business domains, and C-level stakeholders.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment through negotiations and ensuring long-term technical commitment.
•Abstract learnings from builds into reusable patterns and guidance for the wider Databricks community, anticipating objections before they surface.
•Move beyond proof of concept to deliver measurable business outcomes using adoption signals for sustained customer impact.
•Coach junior team members on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritisation to maintain high standards at velocity.

•Experienced in customer interactions in a technical pre-sales capacity and adept at managing complex sales lifecycles; skilled in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences
