Prepare and maintain the dining hall before service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and high hygiene standards. Assist with restaurant cleaning and utensil setup, support the captain waiter with mise en place, and transport food from the kitchen to the dining area. During service, help set tables and deliver plates to clients, refill water and manage ashtrays. Clear tables after meals and transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area while following instructions.
