Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via short- and long-term planning and expense control.
  • •Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of employees.
  • •Control payroll and manage service-driven scheduling; support a profitable location through non-traditional hours as needed.
  • •Manage inventory/shrink goals, including physical inventory counts, and handle incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales goals and reason through complex issues.
  • •Ability to present information to large groups and strong communication skills.
  • •Computer skills with basic know-how of MS Office programs and retail software.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and meet physical requirements (ability to constantly walk/move and lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly).
