•Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
•Deputise for the Night Manager in their absence and take responsibility of the operation of the hotel during night.
•Ensure a consistently high level of security is maintained throughout the hotel.
•Ensure guest feedback is acted upon promptly and that appropriate actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
•Complete Full Night Audit efficiently and reconcile cash for the departments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 34,000 - 36,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in front office and an understanding of reception duties.
•Must have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time.
•Must be available to work 5 out of 7 night shifts a week (days off will vary).
•Ability to deputise for the Night Manager in their absence and manage night operations.
•Flexible work schedule to ensure uninterrupted service to hotel guests.
