Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-implementation engagements as the primary point of contact for expansion, system enhancements, and stabilization initiatives.
  • •Deep-dive into client requirements to creatively configure Zip, solving complex business problems without deep technical coding.
  • •Empower stakeholders through high-impact training sessions, ensuring they can navigate and manage Zip independently.
  • •Work directly with Product and Engineering to funnel customer feedback into the roadmap, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure long-term account health.
  • •Continuously refine our Managed Services delivery model to maximize the value customers derive from the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.
  • •ERP/Procurement experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks.
  • •Ability to push back on requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • •Extreme attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication for leading client cadences and workshops.
