Job Summary

The Solution Advisor will lead post-implementation engagements for Zip’s Professional Services, configure the platform to meet client needs without deep coding, and drive adoption through stakeholder training. You’ll influence product roadmap with feedback, collaborate across teams, and continuously refine the Managed Services delivery model to maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead post-implementation engagements as the primary point of contact for expansion, system enhancements, and stabilization initiatives.
•Deep-dive into client requirements to creatively configure Zip, solving complex business problems without deep technical coding.
•Empower stakeholders through high-impact training sessions, ensuring they can navigate and manage Zip independently.
•Work directly with Product and Engineering to funnel customer feedback into the roadmap, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure long-term account health.
•Continuously refine our Managed Services delivery model to maximize the value customers derive from the platform.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ERP/P2P Systems, Procurement, Finance, Tax or Operations Consulting, Managed Services, or B2B SaaS implementation/account management.
•ERP/Procurement experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks.
•Ability to push back on requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
•Extreme attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication for leading client cadences and workshops.
