Job Summary

Own the company-wide price calculation framework and drive gross profit performance through margin analysis, variance investigations, and actionable insights. Lead pricing contributions to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling, while supporting strategic and operational pricing initiatives. Serve as a trusted partner to Commercial and Operations leaders, translating complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations and improving enterprise pricing processes, KPIs, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the company-wide price calculation framework and ensure consistency across channels and customers.
•Run daily finance workflows including cost tracking, margin analysis, and variance investigations to drive continuous improvement.
•Lead pricing inputs into budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles with scenario modeling and reforecasts.
•Provide decision support to senior stakeholders with executive-ready presentations and recommendations for pricing, margin improvement, and efficiency.
•Redesign and strengthen pricing workflows, governance, and KPIs to improve consistency and execution across markets and channels.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s or professional qualification preferred).
•5+ years’ experience as a finance business partner or senior analytical finance role focused on gross profit and pricing management.
•Industry experience preferred in food, FMCG, production, or imports.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred.
•Fluency in English (Dutch or Italian a plus) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
