Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver reliability studies and improvement work across fixed assets, including bad actor analysis and repeat failure reviews.
  • •Identify and investigate systemic reliability issues across sites and asset classes using cross-site data to target common failure modes.
  • •Lead and support defect elimination and failure investigations, from 5 Whys through formal root cause and causal analysis.
  • •Review maintenance strategies and apply FMEA/FMECA, RCM-style methods, and tactic optimisation to improve reliability and lifecycle performance.
  • •Use reliability, survival, and Weibull analysis plus lifecycle decision models to quantify risk and support repair/replace, overhaul, and intervention decisions.

Key Requirements
