Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the plant QA Soup Laboratories (Chemistry Lab and Microbiological Lab) and oversee laboratory operations, data management, and specification conformance.
  • •Coordinate product start-ups, reformulations, and product release activities, including supplier and incoming materials COAs and noncompliance coordination.
  • •Ensure sampling schedules and compliance with food safety/quality requirements; maintain MES/database tracking and issue monthly conformance reports.
  • •Supervise laboratory technicians, ensure daily panels are completed and documented, and troubleshoot out-of-spec results to drive corrective actions.
  • •Manage supplier quality monitoring, maintain non-conformance databases, coordinate supplier visits/inspections, and support audit and mock recall activities.
