Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across major building sectors around NSW/ACT.
  • •Lead mechanical and multi-discipline building services design and end-to-end delivery, including oversight of technical quality and coordination across electrical, fire protection and hydraulics.
  • •Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to drive quality outcomes through rigorous review of calculations, specifications, models and drawings.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships to support business development and secure a robust pipeline of future work.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior and intermediate engineers to support high-quality design documentation and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in building services consultancy or contracting design with a strong mechanical engineering background.
  • •Chartered status (CPEng) is essential; other registrations are highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in technical design and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
  • •Deep knowledge of building services systems, standards, and best-practice design to provide technical direction and mentoring.
  • •Australian Citizenship required with current (or previously held) defence clearance.
