Job Summary

Own intercompany accounting coordination within the Global Operations Finance team, supporting accurate, timely intercompany results for worldwide close. Manage month-end journal entry activities, intercompany receivables/payables invoice reconciliation, and reporting preparation. Triage backlog issues to keep daily tasks on schedule, provide monthly/quarterly financial data and reviews for internal teams and auditing, and collaborate across functions while supporting CFIN transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support month-end closing by ensuring accurate recording of journal entries and meeting deadlines.
•Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables by working with invoices and purchase orders.
•Prepare, post, and run reports to provide information required for month-end reporting.
•Identify and resolve intercompany backlog issues to complete daily tasks on time.
•Provide monthly/quarterly financial data and reviews to internal finance teams and to support internal auditing, while collaborating cross-functionally and supporting CFIN transformation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related finance subject and experience in an accounting environment.
•3 years of experience in account reconciliation (intercompany).

•Fluent English (oral and written) with excellent all-round communication skills.
•Efficient team player with strong problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
