Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant production equipment.
  • •Complete mechanical repairs (e.g., shaft seals, motors, bearings, sprockets, conveyors, alignments).
  • •Rebuild pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pumps.
  • •Perform basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480V and interpret related prints/schematics.
  • •Document work, inspections, and PMs in the CMMS while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical theory.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic prints and schematics and troubleshoot using schematics/blueprints.
  • •Basic computer skills to log work orders and documentation and learn the CMMS.
  • •Ability to lift/move 75 pounds and perform physical requirements, including operating an aerial lift and sit-down forklift if needed.
