Job Summary

Manage the 24-hour on-site dark store operations, coordinating end-to-end warehouse processes to meet SLAs and KPIs. Lead staffing, safety, and process improvements, while liaising with commercial and external stakeholders to optimize stock, returns, and order accuracy for delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the 24-hour on-site dark store operations and ensure a minimum 6-8 hours presence daily, with virtual coordination as needed.
•Coordinate end-to-end warehouse processes from inbound management to stock handling, storing and timely order dispatching.
•Drive operations to meet SLAs and KPIs, and implement goals, objectives, and process improvements.
•Oversee Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance through periodic risk assessments and safety audits.
•Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal scheduling and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, neighbours, and riders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
•In-depth knowledge of operations and first principles (e.g. supply chain, customer service, JIT, Six Sigma)
•Knowledge of local industry legislation
•Stakeholder management with delivery teams, neighbours and community
•Excellent understanding of manpower planning, scheduling, and performance metrics
