Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the strategic direction of Emirates global lounge proposition, defining future lounge concepts, hospitality experiences, design standards, and product innovations.
  • •Oversee development and delivery of lounge design, refurbishment, and transformation programs to ensure consistent Emirates premium standards.
  • •Establish and govern a global lounge standards framework covering design, hospitality, product, service, quality, compliance, maintenance, and guest experience outcomes.
  • •Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, lounge operators, airline partners, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment and effective governance.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement using customer insights, market trends, emerging technologies, and commercial analysis; lead and develop the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent), preferably in hospitality management, business administration, aviation architecture, interior design, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in hospitality product design management, including management experience.
  • •Experience in hospitality, lounge operations, and/or product development, with knowledge of design and delivery processes.
  • •Understanding of project delivery, commercial evaluation, and governance frameworks, with strong customer insight and data-driven decision making.
  • •Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and deliver business and customer outcomes.
