Key Responsibilities

•Identify and create strategic partnerships with global issuers of digital assets-related products and oversee onboarding and integration with OKX across exchange entities outside Hong Kong.
•Lead commercial discussions, advise on key terms and structure of partnerships, and build a network of global partners to sustain opportunities.
•Manage due diligence, product development SOPs, and onboarding standards with partner products and services.
•Collaborate with market makers and participants on liquidity management and provide strategic insights on partner token economics and market positioning.
•Monitor and assess product-market fit of partner offerings and advise OKX exchange entities accordingly.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years in exchange or trading platform businesses, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance
•Demonstrated track record in identifying strategic partnerships, leading and managing commercial negotiations in high-value deals in finance or digital assets
•Strong ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and evaluate counterparty risks (including credit risks and asset quality)
•Solid knowledge of digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and token economics
•Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management in both Web3 and institutional finance environments
