Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack software solutions supporting business and manufacturing operations.
  • •Own solutions end-to-end, including system architecture, implementation, testing, observability, deployment, operational support, and lifecycle management.
  • •Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions and architecture decisions.
  • •Design and implement custom AI agents and AI-powered solutions (LLMs, embeddings, enterprise search, RAG), including MCP-based integrations.
  • •Ensure reliability, resiliency, security, performance, observability, maintainability, and data protection; support mission-critical deployments with rotating 24x7 on-call incident response.

  • •Experience with backend services, API development, service integrations, and data persistence.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
