Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent coverage of MENA-listed companies and sectors, including Banks, Real Estate, Telcos/Utilities, Consumer, Industrials, Energy, and Transportation.
  • •Build and maintain advanced financial models with forecasts, scenario analyses, and valuation sensitivities using DCF, Gordon Growth, Residual Income, and relative valuation.
  • •Independently produce investment theses and research reports with buy/sell/hold recommendations based on performance, catalysts, and valuation.
  • •Continuously monitor company disclosures, earnings results, and macroeconomic developments impacting covered sectors.
  • •Engage with company management and sell-side analysts; prepare and present investment proposals and valuation materials for Investment Committee approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • •10 years total experience in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management, including at least 6 years covering UAE and broader GCC markets.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • •Experience using modern equity research tools such as Bloomberg and Eikon, plus office-based tools like MS Office.
  • •Ability to build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks and produce investment recommendations with supporting analysis.
