Drive brand performance across Germany and Nordic markets by delivering high-impact fragrance education and sales training to Beauty Advisors. You’ll lead in-store trainings, brand storytelling, and retailer events, while travelling regionally to elevate customer experiences and sell-out performance for Kayali’s luxury fragrance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-impact education across in-store one-to-one and group trainings, classroom sessions, and large-scale events to Beauty Advisors
•Onboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, Kayali brand and story heritage, fragrance layering education, selling techniques, and conversion strategies
•Ensure all education is aligned with global brand guidelines and adapted to key markets
•Represent the brand at retailer events, press moments, and launch activations, ensuring strong brand presence
•Travel across Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden to support retail teams and elevate customer and education experiences

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on fragrance
•Proven background in training and education, including in-store education, classroom training, and large-scale conventions or conferences
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate education into sales results
•Confident presenter with excellent facilitation and storytelling skills
•Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a field-based role
