Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate infrastructure (cloud and Fastly datacenter) to enable reliable deployment in a large-scale multi-cloud and hybrid environment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues across the stack, including application, OS, network, and third-party services/APIs with cross-application dependencies.
  • •Deploy and support complex third-party and internally developed applications.
  • •Write automation tools to maintain and deploy servers, services, and applications.
  • •Collaborate with internal users and drive platform evolution and efficiency while maintaining a secure production environment.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of related experience running high-availability systems and supporting distributed infrastructure.
  • •Designed services with fault tolerance across geographies and deployed/manage multi-tiered services.
  • •Strong Linux systems understanding, including experience with tcpdump and tracing tools.
  • •Experience operating production-grade Kubernetes clusters across regions, clouds, or data centers; familiarity with CNCF tooling such as Prometheus, Flux, and Helm.
  • •Programming experience with Go and Python, plus infrastructure/configuration management using tools like Terraform.
