Job Summary

Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy from our Glasgow office to existing and new clients, covering CDM and H&S Management. Act as Principal Designer when required, improve systems to increase efficiency, manage client commissions, perform H&S reviews and audits, liaise with SHQ and colleagues, and produce pre-construction information for projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from the Glasgow office to clients, covering both CDM and H&S management.
•Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer when required, helping clients manage their legal responsibilities under CDM regulations.
•Establish positive relations with clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate for Turner & Townsend
•Represent the company professionally, including meetings, negotiations and timely correspondence with clients
•Manage commissions to ensure client expectations and Turner & Townsend requirements are met

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•Full UK driving licence
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
• GradIOSH or equivalent
•Membership of the APS
