Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker focused on the full client relationship and plan-based financial advice. Assess clients’ financial needs, gather and document information, and recommend appropriate products and services—including investment and insurance solutions—while building a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams to acquire clients, support transactions, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering personalized financial wellness recommendations.
•Assess clients’ financial needs by gathering and documenting client data and delivering solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
•Build and manage a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence, prospecting, documenting calling efforts, and connecting with partners.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and ability to advise clients and deliver on sales goals.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to support client outcomes.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and comfort educating clients on digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
