Key Responsibilities

  • •Own short-term production scheduling aligned with S&OE and plans from the Network Planning team.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting and controlled material-movement processes.
  • •Oversee internal logistics including internal receipts, warehouse operations, outbound shipments, and material movement/storage.
  • •Administer indirect and MRO purchasing per Eaton procurement policies and standards.
  • •Monitor and protect production schedule execution by coordinating labor/day-to-day alignment, escalating material availability risks, and executing shipment schedules to meet customer priority dates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional SIOP and inventory management processes.
  • •ERP knowledge and technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring, and scheduling execution.
