Incident Commander

Own and evolve Twilio’s incident response function as an Incident Commander in a follow-the-sun, remote-first, cross-functional team. Facilitate high-severity incidents, orchestrate response and incident data accuracy, and drive company-wide standards and OKRs to reduce MTTR and prevent recurrence. Lead post-incident reviews, improve incident tooling and process, and partner with Product Managers on Reason for Outage documents and incident response SLOs.
