Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the risk management subject matter expert accountable for risk management performance on assigned projects, programs, and portfolios.
  • •Develop and maintain risk management framework/strategy, including tailored risk management processes aligned with best practices.
  • •Create and maintain project/program risk registers and develop quantitative economic risk models with downside/upside scenarios.
  • •Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (QCRA/QSRA) to assess forecast uncertainty and inform risk-adjusted contingency and schedule reserves.
  • •Prepare risk assessments, forecasts, scenario analyses, and reports; support internal/external response planning and train junior risk managers and other staff as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • •12 years of experience in risk management, construction management, project management, and/or contract or change management.
  • •Knowledge of risk management and project control standards/frameworks (e.g., AACE International, Project Management Institute, ISO 31000).
  • •Experience facilitating quantitative risk analysis workshops for cost and schedule and developing risk models.
  • •Working knowledge of cost and schedule risk analysis software (e.g., @Risk, Acumen Risk, Crystal Ball; OPC, Primavera Risk Analysis) and experience preparing risk reports/documentation.
