Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the client team in overseeing the established data center program and ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • •Maintain and refresh program governance, processes, and systems in line with client direction, including effective information sharing and retention.
  • •Build detailed program plans; attend status meetings; follow up on completion status and close out open items.
  • •Oversee and delegate monthly reporting across multiple aspects of the client program, preparing reports for multiple audiences including executive dashboards.
  • •Support contract management and the seamless release of scope to maintain program schedules, including proposals for new programs or variations to existing programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of program management methods and best practices.
  • •Thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements, including construction drawings and specifications, and follow site HSSE policies.
