Payroll Specialist

Own and manage assigned pay group workflows to ensure accurate, timely bi-weekly payroll processing. Process and audit employee updates, resolve payroll discrepancies and adjustments, and manage manual checks. Provide customer service for employee, vendor, and manager inquiries, handle tax notices and employment/unemployment verifications, and support internal/external audits and reporting. Ensure SOX and RACM compliance and escalate issues urgently when needed.
