Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage pay group workflow to ensure bi-weekly payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
  • •Process and audit employee updates related to compensation, job changes, transfers, garnishments/levies, and terminations.
  • •Resolve payroll discrepancies, process adjustments, and manual checks.
  • •Provide customer service for employee, vendor, and manager inquiries and follow up on required approvals.
  • •Enforce SOX and RACM compliance; respond to tax notices, mailings, and audit/reporting requests.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • •2+ years payroll experience, including exempt and non-exempt payroll, with knowledge of union implications.
  • •Strong knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to handle confidential material.
  • •Advanced computer skills, including Excel.
