  • •Evaluate IMS schedule quality to DCMA requirements and maintain schedule health for program critical path assessments with limited oversight.
  • •Provide scheduling support to technical work scope owners by ensuring timely status/forecasting, analyzing program plans, and integrating approved baseline changes into existing schedules.
  • •Assess technical experts’ variance and mitigation plans to keep the IMS effective for managing technical execution.
  • •Collaborate with Earned Value analysts and Cost Account Managers to align SAP, MRP, and IMS reporting systems.
  • •Create and update scheduling standard work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree), or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Relevant experience including time as a program scheduler/planner, program/project management, supporting government proposals, and/or Earned Value Management.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions to systems/tools.
  • •Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
  • •Experience supporting schedule baseline changes and monthly IPMR/IPMDAR reporting is preferred.
