•Process vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders and receiving documents, and prepare payments.
•Enter and post accounts payable transactions, and manage accounts receivable by applying cash receipts and following up on outstanding invoices.
•Reconcile AP and AR aging reports, investigate discrepancies, and prepare routine reports for the finance team.
•Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and assist with month-end close activities for payables and receivables.
•Perform bank reconciliations and respond to vendor and internal inquiries while supporting audit documentation and internal controls.
