Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in software engineering as either a Senior Engineer leading projects and mentoring or as a Technical Lead.
  • •Experience working directly with clients or customers to understand technical requirements.
  • •Experience leading software engineering teams through technical delivery, with direct line management or mentoring experience.
  • •Deep understanding of agile ways of working, best practices, and design patterns.
  • •Deep understanding of test-driven development and testing best practices, including strong version control skills (e.g., Git).
