Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a global team responsible for management reporting, balance sheet analysis, cash flow reporting, and related financial analysis.
  • •Run quarterly management reporting processes, including executive reporting packages, financial results analysis, variance explanations, and management commentary.
  • •Oversee preparation and analysis of consolidated statement of cash flows and related reporting.
  • •Partner with Close and Consolidations to ensure management reporting completeness, accuracy, and alignment with consolidated results.
  • •Support SEC filings (Forms 10‑Q and 10‑K), external auditor requests, and drive process improvement/automation initiatives in management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
  • •8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • •3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing direct and/or global teams.
  • •CPA certification.
  • •Experience preparing/reviewing management reporting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow reporting for external reporting (incl. SEC processes).
