Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and manage components of month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting; analyze and explain variance between budgeted and actual results.
  • •Perform in-depth financial analyses and manage assigned business initiatives, delivering actionable recommendations for growth and decision-making.
  • •Maintain and enhance existing financial models and support model development with technological tools.
  • •Partner independently with stakeholders across Marketing, Risk, Central Finance, Controllership, and other functions to provide financial insights and ensure internal standards are met.
  • •Create meeting materials and presentation decks as needed and collaborate across markets to share insights and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, banking, financial services, or related industries.
  • •Experience architecting integrated models from scratch in Excel or other applications is preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience with programming tools/languages such as TM1, VBA, SQL, SAS, or Power BI is a definitive advantage.
  • •Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • •Professional credentials such as CPA or an M.Sc. degree are advantageous.
