•Own end-to-end title-level localization strategy and execution for assigned live and emerging media content, ensuring creative excellence, reliability, and a seamless member experience.
•Oversee all localized components (subtitles, dubs, accessibility assets, main/episodic titles, and related marketing/asset types) while managing expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality.
•Develop and operate scaled content ingestion workflows for emerging media and collaborate on localization strategy to test, refine, and implement scalable models using automation and assistive technology.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration as the primary localization point of contact, aligning timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across regions, languages, and partners.
•Manage project and live-event risks and quality at scale, monitor member-reported issues, and use operational metrics/KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
